Jerk Paste Marinade
Warning...Not for the fainthearted!
We’ve maintained all of the aromatic flavours of our Original Jerk Paste recipe so, there’s no compromise on taste. However, what you will find is this certainly packs a punch (or rather a kick).
Handle with care!
Simply massage on to your meat, fish or veg. For best results marinate for a minimum of 4 hours.
No need to add anything else, we’ve done it all for you!
Ingredients: - Vinegar, Spring Onions, Molasses, Salt,
Onion, Red Peppers, Garlic, Lemon Juice, (Sulphites),
Rapeseed Oil, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Pimento
Powder, Ginger, Thyme, Citric Acid, Browning, Black
Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Paprika.

So glad we found Kick Ass Jerk marinade. Spatchcocked a chicken, marinated it overnight and bbq’d it the next day. It was great, full of flavour. Will be ordering more soon.
Bought this a few weeks ago, just eaten it a went back for 3rds. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs have been marinating in this all day, cooked in the oven, served with coconut rice, coleslaw, with chopped spring onions over it for the cheffy touch. Outstanding, what a taste, I would happily recommend and will definitely buy again.
